Step 1: Education and Implementation
This step is done one-on-one in your office with one of our coaches. We review a booklet on time management basics and then implement the program outlined in the booklet. This takes anywhere from 2-8 hours.

At the end of it, Your attention will be freed up and you will have a renewed ability to focus and get things done.

Step 2: Business and Marketing Plan
Managing your business requires a plan of action, including a marketing plan! Your coach will help you formulate that plan. And insure that you stick with it.

Step 3: Maintenance and Follow-up
You'll hone and refine the systems you have developed through one-on-one coaching. This step is vital to maintaining the systems you have learned and implemented.
